Will I Have To Pay Taxes Or Duties On The Shipment?

All customers are responsible for paying their countries value added taxes and duties (VAT). Check the laws in your country to be sure. Most foreign customers do not pay any fees when they receive the shipment. If you do get charged, they will charge you at the time of delivery. If you refuse the shipment because of these fees, we can refund you for the products when we receive them back (in original, unopened, and undamaged condition), but we can not refund any shipping, return shipping, and all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee (of the original purchase price.

Fraudulent Orders.

We prosecute 100% of all malicious or fraudulent billing. We have many checks in place to be as sure as we can that an order is not fraud. We will check your billing address, your IP address, your credit card information and much more. If you do place a fraudulent order, we will prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law and have authorities and legal partners in every country that we ship to. (In other words it isn’t worth doing).

What Happens If The Package Is Stopped By Customs?

Due to circumstances outside of our control, some international orders get stopped by the customs agency in your country. First of all, please read our full disclaimer:

The laws are different in every country, they change often, and we cannot keep up with them all. The responsibility is yours to check with your country’s Customs office to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order) to your country.

We will do our part and follow the exact directions in your order. We will ship the products that you pick to the address that you provide. If for whatever reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. All returned orders are subject to 20% restocking fee and all refunds issued will be less shipping and return shipping costs upon being received. Most orders make it through customs fine; however, most orders that are stopped are returned to us. If your package is returned to us by Customs Officials, you are still responsible for any shipping charges. You pay actual shipping charges based on the weight of the package.

Any duties or taxes that may apply are your responsibility.

My Package Was Seized, Now What?

If your package is stopped by the customs agency in your country, you may or may not receive a notice from them. If your countries customs office returns the item, there may be a return shipping fee. Once the package is received back by us, we will contact you by e-mail and refund you for the products, minus the shipping fees, res-shipping fees, and 20% restocking fees. Your refund will be issued via your original method of payment, or in some cases (at our discretion, a certified check. The customer is responsible for all processing fees from the refund).

If the package is not sent back to us or if it is destroyed, we will not be able to refund any part of the purchase price. We followed your directions and those directions caused the product to be seized.

We hope you can understand the reasons that we can not refund you for seized products. Our goal is to provide the best product and the best experience for every customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to check the laws and regulations of his/her country.

Yes. If you return your order within 30 days, unopened, and still in saleable condition, we can give you a full refund (less the shipping, return shipping, and 20% of purchase price restocking fees).

Can I Return/Exchange A Product That I Opened Already?

We make every effort to safely secure and ship all packages, but we understand that sometimes merchandise is damaged during shipment. Merchandise damaged during shipping should be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. The shipping company will be contacted for visual inspection of the merchandise and packaging. We will then issue credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise.

What Do I Do If I Received A Damaged Product?

We make every effort to package the item the best we can so that it will be in perfect condition when it arrives at your door. Unfortunately, in rare cases an item may be damaged during shipment.
